Dahi Poha


Serving - 2
Cooking time - 15 mins

Ingredients :-

Poha/Rice flakes - 1 cup
Curd - 1,1/2 cup (as needed) 
Salt - 1 tbspn (to taste)
Chopped Chillys - 2
Chopped Ginger - 1/2 tbspn

For Seasoning (Talimpu) :-

Ghee - 2 tbspns
Mustard seeds (Aavalu) - 1/2 tbspn
Urad dal (Minapappu) - 1/2 tbspn
Dried Chilly - 1
