Ingredients :-
Garlic cloves - 20
Chopped Ginger - 50 grams
Jaggery - 50 grams
Salt - 30 grams (to taste)
Tamarind Paste - 50 grams
Chilly powder - 50 grams
For Seasoning (Talimpu) :-
Oil - 50 grams
Chana dal (Pachi sanaga pappu) - 2 tbspns
Jeera - 2 tbspns
Mustard seeds (Aavalu) - 2 tbspns
Urad dal (Minapappu) - 2 tbspns
Turmeric - 1 tbspn
Dried Chillys - 2
