Mamidikaya Pappu

Ingredients :-

Chopped Raw Mango - 1 (medium size)
Chopped Chillys - 5
Chopped Onion - 1
Soaked Kandi pappu (Toor dal) - 1 cup
Salt - 1,1/4 tbspn (to taste)
Chilly powder - 1 tbspn (to taste)
Water as needed


For Seasoning ( Talimpu ) :-

Oil - 1 tbspn
Turmeric - 1/2 tbspn
Jeera - 1/2 tbspn
Mustard seeds (aavalu) - 1/2 tbspn
Minapappu (urad dal) - 1/2 tbspn
Dried Chillys - 2
Hing - pinch
Curry leaves - 2 stems
