Kaju Carrot Curry

Ingredients :-


Chopped Carrots - 1/2 kg
Over night soaked Green peas - 1/4 kg
Chopped Onions - 2
Finely Chopped Tomatoes - 4
Chopped Chillys - 4
Cashew nuts - 100g
Water - 1/2 glass
Oil - 5 tbspns
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbspns
Fresh curd/Fresh cream - 1 cup
Salt - 2 tbspns (to taste)
Chilly powder - 1/4 tbspn (to taste)
Turmeric - 1 tbspn
Garam Masala - 1 tbspn
