Dondakaya Fry

Ingredients :-

Oil as needed for deep fry
Dondakayalu (Tindora) - 1/2kg
Tamarind - 1/2 lemon sized
Salt - 1,1/2 tbspn (to taste)
Chilly powder - 2 tbspns (to taste)
Turmeric - 1 tbspn
Water as needed
