Dondakaya Masala Curry

Dondakaya Masala Curry can be served with Rice/Roti

Serving - 6 
Cooking time - Approx 30 mins


Ingredients :-


Dondakayalu - 1/2 kg (Tindora)
Oil as needed for deep fry
Chopped Onion - 1
Chopped dry coconut - 2 tbspns
Dried Chillys - 5
Gasagasalu - 2 tbspns
Cashew nuts - 4 tbspns
Ground nuts - 4 tbspns
Lavangam - 8
Dalchina Chakka - 1,1/2 inch
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbspn
Salt - 1,1/4 tbspn(to taste)
Water - 2 glasses 
Tamarind - 1/2 lemon sized
Turmeric - 1 tbspn
Coriander as needed
