Mamidikaya Pindi

Cooking time - Approx 30 mins

Ingredients :-

Oil - 3 bigspns
Rice Ravva / Biyyapu ravva - 1 cup
Water - 2 cups (ratio - Rice ravva : Water - 1:2)
Salt - 2 tbspns (to taste)
Cashew nuts - as needed
Chopped Chillys - 4
Grated Raw Mango - as needed (1,1/2 cup)

For Seasoning (Talimpu) :-

Oil - 1 big spn
Jeera - 1 tbspn
Mustard seeds (Aavalu) - 1 tbspn
Urad dal (Minapappu) - 1 tbspn
Turmeric - 1 tbspn
Dried Chillys - 2
Hing - pinch
Curry leaves - as needed
