Gongura Pulusu Koora

Ingredients :-


Gongura - 4 bunches
Chopped bottle gourd (Sorakaya) - 1 cup
Chopped Onion - 1
Chopped Chillys - 6
Chana dal (pachi sanaga pappu) - 4 tbspns
Salt - 1,1/2 tbspn (to taste)
Chilly powder (if needed) 
Curry leaves - 2 stems
Water - 1/4 glass


For Seasoning ( Talimpu ) :-

Oil - 2,1/2 big spns,
Turmeric - 1/2 tbspn
Jeera - 1/2 tbspn
Mustard seeds (aavalu) - 1/2 tbspn
Menthulu (fenugreek seeds) - 1/2 tbspn
Minapappu (urad dal) - 1/2 tbspn
Dried Chilly - 2
Hing - pinch
Curry leaves
