Kakarakaya Ulli Karam

Ingredients :- 


Chopped Kakarakayalu (Bittergourd) - 6 (cut them half nd make a slit to stuff)
Salt - 1 tbspn
Tamarind - 1 lemon sized
Water as needed for boiling
Oil as needed for deep fry
