Atukula Pulihora / Poha

Ingredients :- 


Chopped Chillys - 3
Atukulu/Rice flakes - 2 cups
Salt - 1 tbspn (to taste)
Podumu " - 2 tbspns
Tamarind juice without pulp - 1 cup (soak 1 lemon sized tamarind in water for 30 mins)

For Seasoning ( Talimpu ) :-

Oil - 1 bigspn
Jeera - 1 tbspn
Mustard seeds (aavalu) - 1 tbspn
Minapappu (urad dal) - 1 tbspn
Pachi senaga pappu (chana dal) - 2 tbspn
Dried Chillys - 2
Curry leaves - 2 stems
