Coriander - 1/4 bunch,

Turmeric - 1/2 tbspn
Jeera - 1/2 tbspn
Mustard seeds (aavalu) - 1/2 tbspn
Minapappu (urad dal) - 1/2 tbspn
Dried Chilly - 2
Hing - pinch
