Pudina Rice

Pudina Rice can be made in Pan or Cooker, here I prefer Cooker




Serving - 8 
Cooking time - Approx 45 mins


Ingredients :-


Oil - 3 big spns
Chopped Aloo - 1/2 kg
Green peas - 50g
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbspns
Salt - 3 tbspns (to taste)
Uncoocked Rice - 2 glasses
Water - 4 glasses (ratio 1:2)


for Pudina paste:-
Pudina - 4 bunches
Coriander - 1 bunch
Coconut - 1/2 shell
Chillys - 5 or 6(to taste)
Lavangams - 12 ( 6 lavangam for 1 glass of rice)
Dalchina chakka (Cinnamon) - 3 inches
Water as needed
