Veg Pulav

Ingredients :-

Chopped Chillys - 6
Chopped Aloos - 8
Chopped Onion - 1
Chopped Carrots - 5
Oil - 3 bigspns
Ginger garlic paste - 3 tbspns
Salt - 3 tbspns (to taste)
Uncooked Rice - 4 cups/glasses
Water - 8 cups/glasses (ratio 1 : 2)
Biriyani Masala - 4 tbspns
Pudina leaves - 1 bunch
Bread - 6 slices
